This year introduced the Mini Unlimited category, an experimental format that allowed racers to compete without breakout restrictions on a slightly longer course than they typically run. A minor software glitch resulted in heats being shortened from 10 to 6 laps, mirroring the main event. Jason crossed the starting line first followed closely by Mark, Joel, and Gerald. The first turn saw Mark take the lead from Jason. Joel and Gearld continue fighting for third, with Gearld winning out. The racing action was engaging throughout, and participant feedback indicated that the new format was thoroughly enjoyed, with many racers eager to return and improve their performance next year.
