Wouldn’t Mind Racing in this class,my ultimate goal is to race 3 Classes, it’s alot for me to swallow but I like the pressure, I to have a ton of prep work that needs to be done to my Hardware, and run my Business as well, stay healthy People

Sportsman is what I raced my first year and then the last 3 years I’ve raced sportsman and F1-GT! This year I’ll be racing F1-GT and hopefully F1-Pro if we can get enough planes to make a class! We need a minimum of 3 planes for a class! Hopefully you can get an F1-Pro built! Sportsman is a fun class and F1-GT is getting really competitive and fun as well. Hope to see you out there man and hopefully see you out testing when we set up testing dates! It’s great to see more people getting into racing Giant scale!!

I was looking through the rules to confirm and yes you can run a 80cc motor converted to alky or any brand 120cc stock motor.

Thank you foster for your input, Since the DA 121cc is actually 1cc over the “legal” limit then another 4cc,s shouldn’t matter then Right? Give me a handicap like they do in bracket racing, it’s just that the engine I have fits the best because the GR7 nose underbelly is a very tight fit , I would have to do major surgery to my bird and don’t want to be Doing That now.

Yeah I had to do some major mods to mine to get the DA-120 to fit. I had to widen the chin scoop to fit around the carburetor. Ended up cutting the lower part of the nose off and made it a 2 piece cowling.

Yeah it fits in there pretty snug, but it took a lot of hours of fiberglass/carbon fiber work and dry time to get it to fit lol.
